COMFORCE direct hire job candidates are carefully pre-screened and reference checked before their resumes are sent to our clients. Unlike many perm placement sources, we do not just send resumes and leave the difficult and time-consuming job of pre-screening to our clients. Most often, the client will choose a person from our final candidate choices and hire them because we’ve done the in-depth delving into their training, past experience and future career goals.

Candidates are matched to the client’s corporate culture as well as to the job description. We’re confident in our ability to match the right person to their needs. So much so that we offer a guarantee of replacement if the person does not work out within the first 90 days. Because we’ve recruited from a large talent pool and carefully interviewed for the best possible match, our clients’ expectations are usually met and exceeded.

The Smart Hire Option
Use Before You Choose


If clients prefer, they can request to utilize the skills of a temporary employee for 90 days or less if they are not sure about the match to their job description. If, after 90 days, they are happy with the employee’s performance, they can hire the person at no additional charge. If at any time before the trial period is up they decide that the employee is not suitable, they can just call COMFORCE and we will send them a replacement candidate.

The Smart Hire option alleviates any legal exposure on our client’s part and reduces the hire-fire syndrome which many companies experience.
