By using the services of skilled personnel on a contract to hire arrangement, COMFORCE clients have the opportunity to observe potential full time employees skills on a trial basis and on our payroll. This win-win arrangement allows them to hire the candidate at no additional charge after 90–120 days on our payroll depending on the skill level. If at any time during the trial period they do not find that the person is an exact match to their job description they can let us know and there is no further obligation or we will find them a Smart Hire replacement.
